DC script update

Hi,

Regarding to the DC problems, we have updated the project3.dc under the directory of /afs/ece/class/ece340/projects/project3/share/PartC, to be compatible with the 2010 version of DC. You can actually also run the old script using the old 2004 version of the DC if you are able to configure the environment yourself. However, the new DC shell with the updated script is recommended.
