P4 dc files and gatelib

Hi,

Will the course staff provide a dc file as in previous projects or should
each student make one? Are we using the gatelib file from p3 or will
another one be provided?

Hi Eric, thanks for the email.

We will not provide a DC file for project 4, please make your own. You
can use the DC files from the prior projects to guide you in this task.
Use the same gatelib file as from project 3.
