SIO Grade Question

Hello,

So I was looking at my SIO grades and it has a D listed for my 18-340 grade, is this correct?  I calculated my grades with the lowest homework and exam dropped and I got the following.

Exams: 93 average * 30% = 27.9

Labs: 83.75 average * 35 % = 29.3125

Final: 70 * 15% = 10.5

Homeworks: 80.78571 average * 20% = 16.15714

Total = 83.87%... which is why I am confused.

Mark,

You are correct.
Two things are very wrong on the gradebook.
1. For some reason, Blackboard has your name in a different position
than SIO. This is the first problem because there are two Williams in
the course.
2. The other Williams has a grade of "P" and I am not sure how that even
got in there.

In any event, the grade is now corrected. BTW, I have a higher
percentage than you do because you separated the exams. Your final exam
was the lowest score (so it is dropped as described in the syllabus).
Your correct grade is an "A". Well done.

I apologize for this confusion and I am grateful you brought to my
attention so quickly.
