Cash Buyers Challenge letter

When sending the challenge letter to cash buyers do you mail it on
letter head with 800 Sell Now envelope or do you use any other type of
envelope to increase chance they open it up?

Yes. We mail it on 1-800-SELL-NOW letterhead because of the
credibility that it will give you. On the other hand, we do not use
the logo or company name on the return label on the outside of the
envelope. We use our local PO Box and make it look fairly generic to
help with open rates.
