You have 177 days with you. You have just 177 days.
May be, the most important 177 days of your life! You perform in these 177 days or not, but I will make sure you remember these 177 days always.
Now, I will not teach you, How to develop the task which is given to you. No, I will not teach you. But, I will tell you one thing, GO; GIVE your best in the next 177 days of your life.
After 177 days, I don’t know what you will be? I don’t know, you will be a Winner or a Loser, I don’t know, you will be in touch with me or not? But remember that these 177 days are all yours!
I will not tell you what you have to do in the task that is given to you but I want you to tell me what are you going to do? I don’t want in words but in ACTION????
As I know, that if you give your best for next 177 days of your life, and make a best team and all work towards a single Goal; remember even GOD can’t stop you from WINNING.
Wake up, It’s now time for you to show your leadership. Show yourself, your life, your GOD and each and every person in this earth, you didn’t have trust in you.
I want you to take the task which is given to you in your BLOOD. I want you to think of IT when you eat, when you sleep, when you dream. Remember, It’s Growth is now your GROWTH.
Nobody helped me to find Well Wishers like Santhosh, Venkatesh, Suhas, Sarath, Tushar etc who are ready to help me at anytime. Why can‘t you find????? Why do you want my support always?????
Can’t you develop one single organization?????
I keep on motivating you but have you ever thought who has motivated me????????
Its getting late day by day!!!! DO you understand the seriousness now?????????
Becoming Successful is not as easy as we say; if we can’t do a small TASK, how do you expect to become Successful????
From this second, I want you to be self motivated and take all initiatives in building up this TASK and your future.
I want to now see you more independent and you should have a good team for yourself.
Think of it every time you breathe and come out with new strategies and ideas; discuss with me and executive. From this second, I request all the initiatives will be yours and your team and I will just see the show.
I just want to ask you one question; do you really have the GUTS to prove that you are a better leader than me?? Prove and show me that you are better than me.
Trust me, We will become the finest Entrepreneurs/Professionals that this WORLD has ever produced.
I am very much confident that you can do BIG things, but now its time for everyone to know, who you are?
