Russell will probably be able to address these items tomorrow. If he cannot resolve the toilet issues, a plumber will be called. Best, Ashton

Hi Ashton,

Maddie Block here from 177 Bleecker 1AB. We've been having some issues with the toilet in our main bathroom recently. It's slow to flush and requires lots of time in between each flush. Could Russell or a plumber come by to take a look? It may be partially clogged but our plunging efforts haven't led to much progress.

Additionally, the light bulbs are out in both my bedroom (directly off kitchen with yellow floral bedspread) and Claire's bedroom (first bedroom on left upon entering apt). We know if its not Midboro's responsibility to change light bulbs but the ceilings are particularly high so if we provide the bulbs would Russell be able to swap out with his ladder?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Best,

Madeline Block

Sounds good. I bought a bunch of extras last week to test out higher voltage but they didn't have GE ugh. Returning them to Duane reade and will pick up others! Will do tonight.

The venmo charge was for the 1 lightbulb we needed in living room. Didn't charge yet for ones I'm going to exchange.

Hi Ashton- last we heard Russell had ordered a part to fix our faulty toilet. I don't believe he has fixed yet, and today it stopped working entirely. Would he be able to fix tomorrow? (A reminder that this is the toilet in the main bathroom next to kitchen).

Thanks so much,

Maddie
