You'll find 2 attachments for review and comments:

1) 1720 Pub Crawl blast email to everyone (second page is the elevator flyer)

2) The Pub Crawl Schedule/Map to be handed out with the wristband when they sign up

The signup sheet will be simple (Name / Unit / # of Crawlers)

Hi Vanessa,

These look great!  One thing you might consider is indicating that this is being coordinated by the 1720 Social Committee.  There may be folks who do not realize there is such a thing?

Good morning!

Going to ask that the email blast be sent this afternoon, will give me a chance to get the sign-up sheet and flyers to the Front Desk. Will communicate with Management and Front Desk about handing out flyers with wristbands (when they come in today) to crawlers who sign-up.

Please don't hesitate to offer up suggestions on pumping up the email (making it sound more fun, enticing, interesting, etc) because I will admit that this isn't always my strongest skill, so please chime in :)
