Sunday, July 10th - Reggies Event "Lets tailgate at Reggie's then go to the game!"
- I'll send the Committee a draft of the flyer to be posted on Doorwaze (post on Doorwaze by June 15th)
- Social Committee will wear white shirts/tops, name tags and meet in the lobby at 9:45am the day of the event, then walk over to Reggie's with any Residents that want to meet us in the lobby (don't want to walk over alone)
- July 10th at 10:00am head over to Reggies
- $12 per person includes
- All you can eat BBQ Buffet
Sunday, August 14th - Shakespeare in the Park at Ping Tom Memorial Park, 1700 S Wentworth Avenue at 4pm (FREE)
- Maybe Committee Members can meet Residents in the Lobby that want to walk over together ? Please chime in here, if you think it's a good option and (if yes) what time Residents should meet in the lobby (Joanne, Charlie, Doris, Guy) - Vanessa and Stacy will not be able to attend this date
- BYO Blanket, lawn chair, cooler, etc.
Thursday, August 18th - Social Committee Meeting at 7pm to discuss 1720 Yard Sale and 1720 Pub Crawl logistics and communication
YARD SALE: AUGUST 27TH FROM 10:00AM UNTIL 2:00PM
- Chris - Can you check with McHugh to see if we can use the parking lot for this event?
- Vanessa - will look into whether we need permits, etc.; draft communication for Doorwaze, Nextdoor.com and Everyblock.com also post a heads up to Residents on August 1st via Doorwaze, email blast and elevator post
- Only Residents will be selling (announcements on Nextdoor.com and Everyblock.com will be simply to drive traffic to the event)
- Anything left over (not sold) can be donated - Linda Thompson will assist in facilitating the donations
Saturday, August 27th - 1720 Yard Sale in McHugh Parking lot
- Residents are responsible for selling their own goods
PUB CRAWL: SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10TH AT 4PM
- Suggested venues: First Draft, BellyUp, Burger Bar, Flo & Santos, Vice, Baderbrau
- Figure out route (begin / end)
- Draft map to be posted with "flyer" on Doorwaze by August 26th
October 2016 - Tailgate
Will meet in September to discuss logistics, permissions from McHugh, etc.
