1. PUW Anthologies to be published; 2. new project; 3. ebooks to download for free.

I'm (albeit slowly🙄) working on the Anthology 'POETIC FANTASY, 6', and hope to publish it by the end of September.

After that, it will be the turn of the anthology 'The Value of Freedom' [Ukraine].

As you all know, as if the many current crisis that the world is facing were not enough, a new one of gigantic proportions has been added: a third of Pakistan is under water, after an extreme monsoon season which, since mid-June, has discharged a record amount of rain and has already caused over 1,300 deaths. The apocalyptic flood —amplified by climate change— is affecting some 33 million people (!) ...countless families have lost everything they owned. Food and drinking water are in short supply and the risk of disease is increasing with each passing day.

With the hope that our Pakistani friends and their families are safe — our best wishes and prayers reach all of them! — , I would like to propose, as a new project, a volume of poems entitled

"Fire, Water, Hunger, War — A Collapsing World"

All of you are therefore invited to partecipate:

Hello All,

You haven't heard from me for a long time (but this could also be good, isn't it?😇) so I hope to find you all in good health.
Even though my energies (especially mental ones) are still low, I've finally managed to put together a collection of tanka and haiku [a 'Diary'] that I started writing in February, dedicated to the war in Ukraine, and this helped me to reduce the burden of depression.

Well, I promised months ago that we would publish two books: 'Poetic Fantasies, 6' and 'Freedom - The Value Of Democracy', but due to my health problems I still have to keep my word. Now that I have published my "Diary" (the haiku and tanka book), I can take the time to keep that old promise, even if it will take some time.
Indeed, in the next few days I will resume working on the two anthologies but, since a not small number of the poems you have sent still need to be checked by a native English-speaking editor, I think that you will have to wait several more weeks to see them published...

However, given that every promise must be kept, sooner or later the two anthologies will be added to our list of books.
