Hi all,

Good to see you all yesterday. Thanks, Shannon, for being here with them.

I’m happy all was reviewed and we seem to understand the 3rd floor roof issue. Lauren K. and Bruce, will you let us know what next steps are and what you need?

Bruce looked at the Hardy Board of unit 502 and will be adding that and the brick work to the building envelope/pointing issues. Even though we’ve agreed to put that off till spring, we should have a holistic idea for the building.

Finally, it may have gotten lost in the shuffle, but I’ve had a Dropbox for all the files for the roof project, the 2015 building envelope project, and even the original 2008 building drawings for anyone who might need them. Our capital needs study is there too. All important stuff for keeping our building healthy.
