We are trying to work around the best way to inform residents about past due payments.
There is a “payments reminder” option in TownSq business, but it isn’t a great option because:
The better option if you wanted to do this is just to use the Announcements feature and send a generic notice about payments being due. But again, that doesn’t have a mail option- just email.
Another option we can do is run statements out of C3 and the PA can mail those out but that comes at an additional fee for paper and stamps.

- It sends to everyone regardless of balance or automatic payments
- It doesn't tell you when the last one was sent or who sent it
- you can't see who it actually went to
- Owners will need to go into their profile settings and enable us to send them emails about their account (different than the other notification settings)
