Yes. It’s the holding company for TDG. They were one of the reasons TDG was supposed to be a good choice. Support systems that it runs out don’t exist.

Associa (A terrible name—my first impulse is to think that several letters are missing at the end) is indeed the parent company of TDG.  They have bid on jobs (e.g., our roof replacement) that we end up giving to someone else. ‘’ How are they doing?”  Poorly, I’d say.
