Draft of our Trustees meeting agenda for Sept. 30

Hello everyone,

I’m appending a draft agenda for next Tuesday’s zoom meeting.   Shannon cancelled her visit to SPA this past Thursday morning, at the last minute, because she apparently has developed Bell’s palsy (she sent a rather dramatic selfie to illustrate her condition—sad) and was seeing a physician.  I told Shannon I would send her a draft agenda (but only after the rest of you have seen it) with the expectation she would attend Tuesday’s meeting and address the numerous points in the agenda relevant to her.  

Who knows whether Shannon will show up on Tuesday..?   Perhaps Mike M. will step up !!  We should also invite both Matt Page and Ken Reilly—to see who actually shows up (In our session on Sept. 11 Kim Brauer asserted it will be Matt who is running our capital projects).  

Amy,  I know you will be traveling back from Israel, arriving Monday (?).   You are welcome to join me in #108 to avoid your cleaning person.   I think I may have figured out how to use AI note taking on my Zoom account..  but perhaps to be certain on Tuesday it would be ideal if you could host the Zoom meeting with Jonathan’s account, again.

Thanks for doing this all Michael and oh my lord, don’t think i want to see the picture of Shannon. 

I’ll be in the air all Monday but this looks good. There are a lot of red herrings here of things that TDG has dropped. I set up the meeting about the roof myself. I have a meeting with Lauren Knollmeyer on Oct 6th. I don’t have any TDG support for it. 

I think we should start to look for a new management company. We might want to ask Maria Nemerov to be the head of that committee because she’s worked for a real estate company.

I’ll bring my computer down to 108.

Hi Trustees--I will be out of the country for a conference next week and unable to join the meeting--apologies.

I reached out to Shannon several times to ask about her meeting the previous week but she never responded to me.  The light/fan in the basement remains on as Joe pointed out to her weeks ago.
