Kick of new manager search

Dear Maria and SPA trustees,

Michael told me you are willing to join our condo manager search committee. First, we appreciate your help with this committee. It’s also not public knowledge that we are looking for a new company. Second, I’ve done some homework and used a little bit of AI to kickstart the process. I’ve gathered all the information in this Google doc. This will be a short project, with no long-term commitment since you are busy with your new job.  

We’re looking to have an hour meeting in the evening next week at Michael’s apartment, 107. Hoping one of the following dates, Sunday, 12th, Thursday, the 16th, or Sunday, the 19th, would work for you and some of the other trustees.

Weigh in all, and let’s find a night to kick this process off.
