Good Monday to you all. Hope your weekend was good.

I’ve put the AI notes into a google doc below for you all to see. You can edit the doc, since it is live and shared. It includes a list of next steps that is quite helpful for us to move forward with. I’m sure someday soon I’ll be less in awe of how helpful AI is but right now it’s just so handy. 

The big ticket items are that list that Mike is going to get together enabling more proactive management and the information on who’s in charge of our capital needs projects and what’s happening there. 

Here’s a link. Let me know if you don’t get it. I’m off to a 7 hour time difference so I’ll be less than my usual available self but there’s a whole crew still in town.
