Realistically, I don't think we'll be able to fight it given that he'll say he spent the time with bids, etc.

But I do wonder whether we can say we'll pay it once we can speak with Matt directly about timeline, next steps, etc?

Thanks Sejal. Matt has passed us off to Ken and I sent him a note yesterday. His was actually nice because he’s actually capable. Matt may be claiming this is his time to pass off the project to Ken but I ended up on the phone with Ken, setting him straight on the project because it seems Matt hadn’t told him anything.

Have a good trip. I leave the following Monday for two weeks. I’ll see you all for our September meeting. I land the night before.

At this point, I would approve the $750 for Matt’s putative work in August (as Sejal says, he can claim his was obtaining bids, etc)  and move on to making certain that Ken Reilly keeps his promise (made to us on our Zoom trustee meeting on August 26) to show up here in person at SPA next week in order to among many other things assess our persisting water leak into G1.  Ken actually had a reasonable hypothesis about the source of that leak.   In your phone call with Ken had he spoken about coming back to SPA to talk in person with you and other trustees?  

I infer that you will you be available next week (Sept. 8-12) to meet with Ken and/or me, before you depart for Israel on Sept. 15 (?).   I want to be certain I have the ammunition needed to confront Kim about lack of progress on our most recent capital projects/status of our bank loan/etc. when we speak on Sept. 11.

I’m around next week. I sent Ken an email yesterday. He is away this week too. I’m hoping to hear from him by Monday. I am around and happy to meet with you and him. And just you to help you prep for the 11th meeting. Should you have support for the 11th by having another trustee or would that be odd?
