Hi Lauren,

I wanted to confirm our meeting at 150 St. Paul Street on Sunday, October 6th at 8:00 AM.

I'm expecting you, your roof team, the engineers from Criterium, Shannon Wagner, and Lauren Lima to be in attendance. 

It has been suggested we focus on checking all the roofs and here are some of the issues we want to watch for:

• Bubbles on the washer plates
• All drains, with special attention to the 3rd floor back roof
• Roof pitches
• Seals and corners

We should have clearance to inspect all porches as well as the bump out roof tops. Shannon Wagner can arrange that. She is cc’d here.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if there are any issues with the meeting time or access.

Hi all,

Only sending one email today, and it’s an important one with two questions.

1. Who from TDG is guaranteed to  be here Monday morning, October 6th, at 8 a.m. with knowledge of roofing to supervise the inspection? Someone that understands bubbling, seals, drainage, and pitch. I will be here but I really don’t have any expertise on this stuff. Let me know by the end of the day today.
2. Can someone explain the reason we haven’t paid the final $7k to Lauren Knollmeyer for the project? At the end of August, I was totally out of pocket, and I gave a tiny window to speak about this, and I didn’t hear from anyone. Would love to understand what it’s all about.
