Saint Paul Arms security upgrade capital project

Hello Matt,

Thanks for committing to overseeing the completion of our security upgrade project by the end of this calendar year at our recent SPA trustees meeting.  In order to facilitate that process Shannon and I recently assessed the current status of the 9 different doors that potentially provide access to the basement or G1 garage level portions of our main two buildings (diagram appended).  Note that two additional steel doors provide access to the basement of our house at 76 Sewall Ave.  

We will appreciate your input on how to proceed with perhaps replacing the wooden doors shown on the appended diagram with steel doors along with upgrading the alarm systems for the 3 doors that have that feature (one of those alarms failed last week for no apparent reason).  

I will be your contact Trustee for this security upgrade project.   I look forward to working with you in upgrading several of our basement access doors along with our existing main entrance access system and our outdated camera surveillance system.
