Hello Shannon,

I can absolutely send over the details regarding the actions we've taken to address the rodent issue. These will be sent to you in a separate email through our system.

I also wanted to mention that I've noted the addition of new bait stations, which should be very helpful in controlling the current rodent problem. Furthermore, I believe it could be highly beneficial to consider increasing the frequency of our service. This would significantly aid in disrupting the breeding cycle of the rodents, leading to more effective long-term control. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in discussing further.

Best regards,

Hello Shannon,

I apologize for the delayed response to your email.

I have attached our customer care team, and they will be in touch to schedule the installation of additional rodent bait stations at the exterior of the building. Please note that we will be adding approximately 4 new stations, as this will not require an adjustment to your current agreement.

Best regards,
