Hello everyone,

I happened to ride into Boston on the T yesterday with Maria and Alex.  Recalling Amy’s suggestion,  I asked Maria whether she would be willing to participate in identifying a new management company for SPA.  She agreed to join in that process, although perhaps not as a trustee.   Apparently the company where Maria works was recently bought out such that she has several new (and rather demanding) clients.  Yesterday she was en route to Washington DC to attend a conference related to one of those new clients.  

Amy, I think it would useful for you to talk with Maria, perhaps after we trustees talk among ourselves about how to proceed with any management transition (?).  

I look forward to seeing Amy and any other trustees that appear tomorrow at 8AM for the Roof walkthrough visit of Lauren Knollmeyer et al.
