- We are working on a start date for the repointing.
- Amy Schottenfels said she spoke with you or Alan about the bird cages and that it is planned to be taken care of during the repointing based on the exorbitant costs associated with scaffolding or a lift to replace the bird cage.
- At this time the association is on budget.
- I will most certainly instruct the cleaning crew to thoroughly clean the vents in the common hallways.

When is the pointing project going to start? When is the bird cage for venting be replaced as it is not there. Is SPA on budget for 2025? Can you please request cleaning of the hallway vents as they are embedded with dust and grim. This needs to maintain. Previously they have been removed and cleaned not a superficial vacuum.
