I agree we need to have a contingent from SCPNA attend or ask the planning board to reschedule. I'm out of town on Dec 7th and cannot attend.  It would be good to have that copy of Sean's presentation to allow us enough time to review.

Please copy to anyone I may have missed.  I spoke with Sean this morning - he called me.

 

1.  That "petition" that is going around, he knew nothing about it.  Those kind of things get a life of their own and neither of us knows who started it.

 

2.  He gave me a head's up (we have not received any official notice as yet) that they have scheduled their meeting with the Denver Planning Board for December 7.  I am assuming they meet monthly on Wednesday at the same place and time some here is the info (it's not on their website yet):

 

DENVER PLANNING BOARD

Wednesday, December 7, 2011, 3:00 p.m.

Webb Municipal Office Building

201 West Colfax Avenue, Room 4.F.6

 

If it is different, I will let you know - a team from SCPNA should be there.  The letter from SCPNA should be in the packet for the Board.

 

3.  Sean has offered to show us exactly what they will be saying to the planning board prior to that meeting.  We need to set a time and place for him to do that - thoughts?????
