All, Those of us that border the Sprouts development have been impacted severely by customer parking on Garfield. This has been especially true on the weekends and between 5PM and 7PM daily. I am going to request further parking restrictions from the city for Garfield street. Before I do so I wanted to get a feel how folks north of the Sprouts development feel. I’m OK with requesting additional restrictions for just the area south of the new alley since that’s where the greatest impact is but I also don’t want to push the parking issues further north. In the near future Sprouts employees will not have access to the 16th and Colorado lot. With that we can also expect more employee parking on Garfield. Let me know how you feel either way. Please keep in mind that guest parking permits are readily available from the city to shield your guests from possible ticketing. We have used them for years and they work just fine.
