Here is the update from Sean Mandel:

The  house on Garfield will be demolished around August 10-15.  Simultaneously, remediation work will begin at the other properties.  This should take 3-4 weeks, followed by demo of the remainder of the buildings.

Obviously, things can change, but this looks to be a pretty solid estimate of how this will shake out.

Have any site drawings been submitted yet? I had thought we were going to have a chance to review those, (per the terms of the MOU), prior to work starting?
