"POEMS FOR CHILDREN" Anthology: this book will collect poems written for children aged 5-11, so please submit suitable poems. I also suggest that we should try to avoid the death theme. We are living months of anxiety and fear, with so many families suffering because of covid-19, therefore we need to offer the readers (children) poems that can mitigate their fears and make them dream. I'm sure you'll agree. Thank you.

After 'Poetry For Children', a new project will start. It's title: "The healing power of poetry" [Submission: up to 7 (seven) poems. Deadline: end of May]. In mid-April a new google group will be created to collect the submissions for this collection.

(*) ABOUT THE SPREADING OF CORONAVIRUS:
Unfortunately, as it happens in many other countries, Italian official figures have been underestimated for weeks. Our national health authority now openly speak of likely 600000 Italians infected by coronavirus: ten times the "official number"! And this is not just an isolated situation: in the US the virus is spreading massively, and cases are skyrocketing in many coutries.. In Spain, in some care homes for the elderly, the Army have found dead patients still in their bed! So you see: things are already too bad in many countries... but this infection is even getting worse! So please, remember: stay at home! Drastically restricting movement is the only way to stop the spread of the infection.
