One In Kind
The ground, streaming with blood
The deafening screams and cries
Bodies falling lifelessly with a thud
All of our loved ones' demise
What can we gain from it?
Innocents catching their last breath
They're all souls the evil omit
Evil
didn't just slay the dead,
Evil has also
slain the hearts of the living And the lands are covered in red
We can't just accept and be forgiving
We all have our own religion And of it, we obey and show faith
Yet we have our own tradition
And our actions concluded our fate
But there's no one to blame
Life is simply a thorny rose
It's us who puts our lives to shame
All of our loss has a purpose
In religion and tradition, we divide
But know that all of us are one in kind
We are humans who got one pride
And there are gaping holes we still need to find
Let us stop terrorism
Heal the broken and save the lost
Stand up and render heroism
As we face and pay the cost
