There was a day when offering membership to employees with 15 or more
years of service made sense. But the times they are a changin' and
perhaps it is time to look at different criteria, especially
considering that employee loyalty and longevity is not what it used to
be. Any thoughts regarding this? If so, join this group, then click

It makes sense to offer membership to employees with less than 15
years of service. Times are
changing and the club needs to realign with today's work environment.
The club name reflects years
of service. Should the name also need to be considered along with the
possible membership criteria change?
Longevity in todays market place is not what it use to be. Because of
this the club membership over time
will also be effected by a downturn due to eligibility along with the
maturity of the existing group.
