Our demigraphics as a company indicate that employees are younger and
make up a greater percentage of workers. Welcoming those who have
less than 15 years of service would give the club new vitality and
meaning. I would embrace a change in eligibility.

I agree. Should the by-laws be amended to accommodate younger tenured
employees, we'll have to come up with a new name. Any ideas?
