  I am known to you through my Classical, as well as non Classical music. My beloved father, who was revered Guru, Pt. Wamanarao Sadolikar is also known to you, because of his outstanding contribution to the field of Classical music, as well as Marathi music Theatre.

 

   The year from 16th September 2007 to 16th September 2008, will be celebrated as the Centenary Year of Late Pt. Wamanraoji, by the ' Pt. Wamanrao Sadolikar Foundation '.

 

*   The Foundation intends to :
1)  Publish memories of Pt. Wamanrao sadolikar

2)  Release the Archieval music of Pt. Wamanrao Sadolikar

     & the most importanat of all else, is

3)  To present a Documentary film on ' The life, The Musical Thought & the Legacy of Pt. Wamanrao Sadolikar's Guru, " Sangeet Samrat Ustad Alladiya Khan ", - the Pioneer of Jaipur-Atrauli Gharana.

 

  Pt. Sadolikar dedicated, all his life to music, & the Foundation continues to do the same, by propogating & preserving the rich tradition of Indian Music. The Fondation is actively involved in many music related activities, for last 15 years.

  Those who wish to share the Joy of Contributing towards the above activities, may send their Donations (or kind), to the " Pandit Wamanrao Sadolikar Foundation ", which are exampted under 80G of Income Tax.
