I have a Bosch LSU 4.9 connected to a Spartan 2 OEM controller. All connections between the lambda sensor and the board were made as shown in the manual but the output voltage (pin 16) is always zero (0V). Apparently the integrated heater is working, because the sensor is heating up, but it appears that nothing is being measured. Does anyone have a clue what might be happening?

Thanks in advance.

Any thoughts on this one? I'm having a similar problem.

Attached is to sessions, back-to-back same day. P1 is the red line, first lap, everything running fine. Then we went out for Q1, no changes on the car except for some carbs jetting, and now we're getting some kinda of near-binary condition where it's toggling between "10.0 AFR" (0V) and usualy around "15.4 AFR" (~2.7V). It never worked again all weekend.

As with the above, the LED is indicating that the heater is working fine. I didn't do any troubleshooting; we're running 110 Leaded fuel and I figured we killed the sensor. But if this is a known easily-troubleshooted problem, I'll be glad to tackle it. I may get in there this weekend to check continuity on all my wiring...

Follow up, given we've gotten zero response here...

I tried a new sensor. Seems to have resolved it. I'll atribute it to leaded fuel.

However, I'm not clear why this forum exists, given it is totally unmonitored. Lots of open question from customers here.
