groups seems to be broken

I spent a long dang time trying to figure out how to reply to a question on here, it seems this site is broken on mobile web browsers. If you enable "view as a desktop site" the reply function magically appears.

Just FYI. And for some reason the "new topic" button is on the left after you expand the pane.
