Just a question here as I am struggling to make sense  of part of the schematic for the SLC Free MkI

The LSU_1A connection on the PCB appears twice on the board, can someone without a Civil Engineering degree
please explain why there appears to be two points on the pcb connected to the LSU_1A terminal (GREEN KEY)

Many thanks

The figure below links Connector 2 JP2 for the lambda probe to what I assume is where the pins connect to on the PCB

Hi John,

This is my version of the schematic. It may make it a bit clearer.

The pump current (between IA and IP) is measured by measuring the voltage difference between the ends of the 61.9 Ohm resistor using 2 analogue to digital converters.

So to answer your question directly, IA is connected to an ADC by a 1k resistor in series with the 61.9 ohm resistor, and to another ADC  by a 1k resistor only.

Note: The 1k resistors are just to limit the current to the ADC for protection.

I hope this makes sense.

Cheers,
Warwick
