A Happy New Year and hope this email finds you well! There are 4 items to take note in this email, items 1 to 3 are for your classmates which I will need you to forward to them, while item 4 is meant for you.
1.
Standard Chartered Marathon follow-up (only for those who have been involved)
Thank you for having volunteered for Standard Chartered Marathon on 1 Dec 2013. I would like to request for
a copy of the CIP letter indicating your name, NRIC and hours served. This letter should have been given to you at the end of your volunteer service. For those of you who have done so, no further action is required on your part.
For those who have yet to submit, please pass me a copy of your letter either through my pigeonhole, or you may email me a soft copy as well,
by end of this week. This is to allow for your records to be updated earlier.

Riding for Disabled Association of Singapore - Flag Day 2014
The Riding for the Disabled Association of Singapore (RDA S’pore) provides free therapeutic horse-riding programmes that benefit children and adults with physical, intellectual or learning disabilities by improving their strength,
balance, movement and self esteem.
RDA will be organising their flag day on 8 Feb 2014 (Saturday).The funds raised will help them to continue providing free horse-riding therapy (hippo therapy) to
the special needs community here. 8 Feb is still within the lunar new year period and what better way to celebrate the Year of the Horse than to volunteer for the only charity in Singapore to provide therapeutic horse-riding to the disabled!
CIP hours will be awarded. Reporting center will be at Ang Mo Kio MRT station. There are both morning and afternoon slots to choose from, kindly refer to

Nam Hong Welfare Service Society - Flag Day 2014
Nam Hong Welfare Service Society is a registered charity that runs 2 Free Medical Centres in Singapore and also a well-received Community Support Program where free medical treatments are given on a
weekly basis to various charitable elderly homes and patients who are immobile and cannot move out of their house to seek treatments due to their conditions. Nam Hong Welfare Service Society does not receive any financial support from the Community Chest of
Singapore and depend solely on fundraising activities and the generousity of the public, which most of the funds goes directly towards the benefits of their patients.
In order to raise funds to meet their needs, they will be conducting their Flag Day 2014 on
Saturday, 12 Apr 2014. Timing is between 8am - 6pm, with 2 available slots to choose from. CIP hours will be awarded, and the reporting venue will be made known later. Some of you have signed
up for the flag day last year, so you may wish to sign up with the school if you are still interested to contribute to the flag day this year. Kindly refer to
