Board of Directors,
When will the co-owners from 148 be receiving the minutes from the annual meeting in October 2009? These minutes should have been sent to the owners before the update that arrived in the mail today.
I may have missed the conversation but I do remember discussing the possibilty of an increase to the reserve fund but I don't remember any discussion regarding a final 14% increase to the monthly maintenance fees.
When was this discussed and approved?
