 Hi Gesse,
 
Can you please advise when the elevator will be fixed so that you can either take it from the ground floor to the 2nd floor or call it up to the 2nd floor.
 
I came home from a business trip at 1am last Sunday night and had to carry up 4 bags to the 2nd floor, 2 of which were close to 70lbs.  This was not fun when I had been travelling all day.
