What's going on with garbage??? Bins have been lined up on sidewalk blocking way for pedestrians for 2 days now. Who's responsibility is it to check on garbage pick up? At the very least you should arrange for them to be moved to back so they don't fester on sidewalk all weekend.

The City of Toronto has changed the garbage collection schedule and missed the pick up. I believe they have changed from Thursdays to Wednesdays. They should have picked it up today.
We have already called 3-1-1 to complain about it and request a pick-up.
