re. garbage around the building

Hi Geese,   148 Soudan is beginning to see more household garbage in the lobby & outside of the building. Yesterday, someone put an old ironing board, expanded clothesline & laundry bags in the lobby for everyone to view.  I guess that these were put there for people to help themselves.  Last week, there was also what looked like items of the same. At times, people are leaving garbage on top of the mail box.  Food containers, food wrappings. Outside of the building, people are leaving old toilet bowels that they should be disposing of themselves since they "were able to carry in new toilets." Also under the balcony of #208 is garbage that could easily be put in the grey containers.   I am taken aback why all this mess is piling up when most of these items should be gotten rid of by the past users themselves.   Are there any messages or signs that we can put up re. this on-going problem?. The mess is piling up more & more each week.   Janet Apt. 409. Janet
