Hello,
This has now become very much a health hazard as this exposed garbage has lain around for the past 2 weeks. If calling 311 won't complete any action then the Toronto Health Dept. should be notified immediately.
I have worked with this service in the past & I know they would not be happy that garbage is laying exposed to anyone who is walking on the street & for those who live near all of this mess.
There is know exposed garbage on the pavement, open garbage bins, insects & vermin are also being attracted to this not to forget the raccoons who in the bins almost every night.
Please let us know before the weekend starts what is being done. Otherwise, I myself will get in touch with the Department of Health.
Sincerely,
Janet Hayes

Hi Diana,
At the meeting next week, I'm going to make this mess a "major" issue of discussion & using the construction of new sidewalks will not be an acceptable excuse. 5 minutes after garbage is due to be picked up is when Geese & his "crew" should be making phone calls & doing something re. this matter.
Even today, I could smell the rotting mess.
