You should call Ed, the superintendent. His number is posted in the entryway beside the entry buzzer.

I did not receive this letter. Another owner told me about this letter. So, on Monday morning (June 1), I left a voice message with Geese & sent an e-mail to both Geese & Victor. I asked why I hadn't received a copy of this letter & also asked that one be sent to me.

Yes - I rec'd the memo - I'm looking forward to the changes and
curious about the engineer's testing on retaining walls and balconies
- especially since the balconies were done 6 years ago.

Hi
I received the letter though it was fortunate that I was in because Gesse couldn't get it under my door! Not a very professional way of delivering mail. He told me the engineer was going to look at the walls because of leaks in the garage. I recently had a contractor in to assess putting a door in the west side of my apartment. He noted that something is going on with the structure as one of my window frames is bowed, hence the reason that I can't get my windows open or remove them for cleaning. He thinks there may be some subsidence happening. Doesn't sound too great.
