Change in Water Pressure since last plumibing shut down?

Hi,

I live on the fourth floor and since the last plumbing shut down a few
weeks ago, my water pressure has been weaker - especially the washroom
sink - pressure is about half of what it was before the shut down.

Any others notice weaker water pressure since the last plumbing shut
down?
