Hi Geese,

On the east side of the lane way of "148", there is a large gaping hole that was initially a smaller one caused by a caving in from the next door neighbour's paved driveway.  It has now erupted into a much larger hole that is causing our own driveway to crack & crumble & it is also beginning to cave in.  At this point, it is becoming a serious safety issue.  Is there anything that can be done before this become worse along with increasing costs for repairs?

Also, whenever it rains heavily, the drain that is located at the front door of the building  overflows & causes flooding of the walk-way & the entrance to the building.  At times, we have had to use the side door during a rainfall as otherwise we would have to wade through the ankle-deep water.  Perhaps the drain needs cleaning out?

Hi Gesse,

The improvements look great.  FYI the light on top floor of south stairwell isn't working.  There are quite a few paint spaltters on wood railings in stairwell.  Will railings be stripped and varnished?
