Apt. 201 - 2-BR for sale

Hi everyone, I happened to be in the lobby earlier today & met the young couple who live in Suite 201.  They are the ones who are selling their 2-BR apt.  I did not ask what they are selling it for or any other details. She is pregnant & due in November & they are moving north of Toronto, near Tobermory. They asked me if I knew of anyone who was interested in buying the place & I mentioned that I would post the notice on the 148 Soudan website.  They thought that this was great. So, here it is.
