re. underground parking repairs

Dear Board & Geese,   I am writing in regards to the special meeting that was held on January 27.    After the owners agreed to pay the discussed estimated costs of $130,000 for the underground parking repairs, it was stated to the co-owners at the meeting that the increased individual payments would have to be re-configured by Geese & that as a result, the monthly increase would be effective on March 1 not February 1.....because of the short notice re. the actual & final sum.   I was speaking to one of the owners this afternoon who stated that she received a letter in the mail already signed by Geese stating that the payments were to start February 1 NOT March 1.   I would appreciate it getting this clarified as February 1 is on Monday & I & perhaps others may not have that extra lump sum in the bank & I do not want to know that I will be charged NSF from my bank.   Can you please clarify this as soon as possible, that is, that the increase payments is to start on February 1 or March 1 & also that what is stated in this letter that arrived in some owners mailboxes is the actual and final increased sum?
