is anyone having issues connecting to twitter (oAuth)

I went on holiday, so shut down my machines...

The came back from holiday and fired everything back up, and now I'm getting a Twitter connection issue - 401 Authorization denied...

Nothing has changed on my end (so all oAuth keys are unchanged) from when it was working...

So wondering:

1. has anyone else had the same?

2. has twitter done something I don't know about in the interim?

3. am i missing an update (this library, Phirehose etc) somewhere which fixes this?
