How to retrieve tweets of more than one language

Hello. 

Thanks for building a useful library for twitter streaming api.

I am able to successful retrieve tweets of english language. But I would also like to retrieve other language tweets like hindi as well.

I commented out the line 

if ($tweet_object->lang <> 'en') {continue;}

but still unable to get hindi tweets.

Also, by mistake error_log.txt was deleted. How to create the same ?
