Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '11' (T_LNUMBER) in C:\wamp64\www\140dev\libraries\phirehose\Phirehose.php on line 11

Does anyone know why this is?

btw, this happens when I'm running the get_tweets_keyword.php file.
