I have the PHP array, now what?

I have the PHP aray that is printed with:

print_r(json_decode($connection->response['response'],true));      // line 44 of console_run.php

I cannot figure out how to echo one part of the array. What is the variable name of the array?

For example if it were named $array, can I somehow get the profile image URL to use with:

echo $array[profile_image_url];
