- Michigan Supreme Court Justice Robert Young: Enemy of Workers and Consumers - Justice Robert Young is up for re-election in 2010, and he has racked up a long list of decisions and votes that make his record clear. A former insurance company lawyer, Young is an activist judge who uses his position on the Supreme Court to push his anti-worker, anti-civil rights and anti-consumer agenda, ruling for insurance companies and corporations 80% of the time. We need to send him a wake-up call in 2010 - click here to find out about some of Young's worst decisions.
Thank you for your support of the Michigan Democratic Party, and we hope to see you on April 17th!
