Why is everything that posted on this site has nothing to do with 12th
St Block Association?
I have not read one single topic which has to do with the 12th street
or surrounding area. Can you also tell me Who is in charge of the 12th
street block assocition and which are the actuals between avenues it
represents? I would like to know where they meet and how many times a
month do they actually meet? Is this a real block association? If so
why are the neighbor not aware it exsist? Please follow up.
