We are glad to inform you that Aon Ltd. has shortlisted your college for their 2016 batch hiring for the profile of Set Up configuration specialist(SCS).
The eligibility criteria would be as follows:
Eligibility Criteria:
· Batch 2016
· 60% or above in Graduation
· Degrees: B.Tech / B.E. /MCA
· Eligible Branch: Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering
· No current backlogs
Joining Location: Chennai
Role and Responsibilities:-
- The Setup Configuration Specialist (SCS) responsible for configuring and testing Aon Hewitt’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to meet the needs of our clients’ requirements. Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis
- Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA. This role is designed as an entry-level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming logic, systems configuration, and testing related to systems that support human resource function
Salary:
- Selected candidates will join Aon as an Trainee at a Salary of INR 15,500/month
- Post Training Period of 6 months, basis candidate’s performance they will be offer full time job as SCS Entry at a salary of 2.80 LPA based on successful completion of Training
- Candidates to be hired on Aon’s Payroll
- All selected candidates will receive an LOI and will need to undergo process training
Service Agreement : 18 Months
Training Schedule:
- Training will be at NIIT University (30Km from Gurgaon)
- This training will extend for duration of around 8 weeks.
- The training and accommodation is free for the candidates.
- All candidates would be charged a residential fees at NU which is 14350/- + 14.5% taxes
- All Candidates will be required to deposit the aforesaid amount on the day they report for training at NIIT University by demand draft.

Selection Process:
- Online Application to the link shared below
- Only candidates passed out from a college in Tamil Nadu is allowed to apply for the process
- All applied and eligible candidates will appear for PRE-ASSESS® (Aptitude) on 22nd Aug at Chennai - Venue shall be shared by 19th Aug
- GATE Assessment (Normal Aptitude Test conducted by Aon) on 22nd Aug at Chennai on the same venue
- Personal Round of Interviews at AON office in Chennai for shortlisted candidates
Note : Those who have appeared for GATE Assessment in last 3 months will not be eligible
The remuneration being offered by Hike Ltd. would be: INR 2.80LPA
